Outbound AI and automation tools are all the hype in recent quarters.
There has been a common belief in recent quarters that AI and other outbound automation tools can build pipeline and solve all outbound challenges.
You and I know that there are many gaps in that hype.
In this video, I proposed a different way to leverage AI and Outbound Automation tools.
Instead of only automating and scaling for the sake of pure economics, I demonstrate the importance of studying the prospecting systems of your top-performing SDRs and AEs to inform your automated outbound motion.
There is value in both quantity and quality outbound.
The question is NOT to use AI or not use AI, automate or not automate.
Perhaps the question is:
How do I scale my outbound engine to emulate the success of my top-performing SDRs, which offloads them to performing higher, deeper level thinking work such as building relationships with prospects and qualifying opportunities?
